The Environmental Learning Center in Vero Beach is holding their 11th annual fundraiser to collect proceeds to benefit educational programs for children at Maison Martinique. Beauty, glamour, and fun! Feel like a movie star at this red carpet event. Bring your entourage and don’t forget dress to impress. The restaurant will be closed August 1, 2011 – August 30, 2011. The restaurant will reopen August 31, 2011 with the Summer Prix Fixe Menu still in place. Not to worry Havana Nights Piano Bar will be open 7 days a week with a Happy Hour 5:30-7:00 pm and Entertainment starting at 6:00 pm offering a special Summer Menu during the month of August.
